These terms cover your use of Paperclip, the daily trading puzzle at playpaperclip.app, a business operated by Pranav Bhaven Savla, an individual based in India (“Paperclip”, “we”, “us”). By playing, you agree to them.
Playing Paperclip
The daily puzzle is free for everyone. You may play it for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don’t try to break, overload or get around the game’s security, or copy and resell its puzzles.
The one-time unlock
Paperclip offers an optional one-time purchase of US$2.99. Paddle works out any sales tax, VAT or GST for your country and shows the final amount at checkout before you pay. It unlocks unlimited practice markets, Expert markets, the archive of past daily puzzles, and your full play history. It is not a subscription and there are no further charges.
The unlock is stored in the web browser where you bought it. If you play on another device or clear your browser data, email us your receipt and we’ll restore it.
Payments are handled by Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase.
Changes to the game
We may improve, change or retire puzzles and features over time. If we ever stop offering features you paid for, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice on the site and you can ask for a refund.
No warranty
Paperclip is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and accessible, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the unlock.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them affects rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
